Well I had never seen this before and was a little uncertain if it just might be a custom from someone. But the seller had some good pics up. Check ebay #130324236746 (not sure about posting ebay-links here). Says it is a custom from SDCC 2007. It is signed and numbered with 21/25.

Looking at the pics on that sale... Holy Fook those things are small! I thought those guys were full size busts like the ones you see in art classes or on pianos in pretentious music conservatories.

It's a Bandai Ultraman Ultra Monster Series EX Mikuras. More of a Japanese children's toy than an art toy, really, but this guy is rad!
